合同未到生效日期可不可以反悔 |

不可以，解除没有到生效日期的合同，最好的办法就是与对方协商解除。双方当事人采用书面形式订立的合同，在合同生效日期未到，但是其中一方已经履行了给付金钱的义务，且另一方接受的，此种情形之下，即便合同未签字或者盖章，也属于合同依法成立的情形。更何况事实情况为当事人签订合同，但是约定的生效日期未到。也就是说
只要对方接受了金钱，合同即刻成立。双方应当按照约定履行自己的义务，不得随意变更或者解除。
签了合同可以反悔吗
依法成立的合同，受法律保护，对各方当事人具有法律约束力。当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。损失赔偿额一般不大于因违约所造成的损失，损失包括合同履行后可以获得的利益。
签订合同之后反悔属于违约，违约方没有合同解除权。因此，违约方不但需要承担延迟履行违约责任，还需要承担继续履行合同的义务。
当事人可以约定一方违约时应当根据违约情况向对方支付一定数额的违约金，也可以约定因违约产生的损失赔偿额的计算方法。
所以，订立合同一般是不能反悔的，反悔之后，需要承担相应的违约责任。
