释义	法律分析：我国只以“破坏军婚罪”来保证军人在服役期间婚姻的维系，破环军婚罪针对的是军人的婚姻，但不包括军人破坏其他非军人的婚姻。所以，如果军人只是“破坏”别人的婚姻，而没有其他违法行为的话是不会受到法律的制裁的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
