释义	2021年《民法典》作出如此的规定，并非将撤销权行使期间的性质改变为诉讼时效，而是基于《民法典》在合同撤销的原因上，采取了广义的规定，把因“欺诈、胁迫以及乘人之危”确定为合同可撤销的原因。就欺诈而言，在实践中，因受欺诈订立的合同往往具有极大的隐蔽性，受欺诈一方不可能在行为成立之时即发现对方的欺诈行为，如仍以民事行为（签订合同）成立之时作为除斥期间的起算点，无疑对受欺诈一方是不公平的，这样的规定也违背了民法中的公平原则。
