法院把孩子判给女方,女方不要怎么办 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
抚养子女是父母的法定义务，孩子判给女方而女方逃避义务不等于可以免除男方的义务。虽然孩子判给女方，但男方仍然是孩子的监护人之一，男方作为孩子的法定代理人可以追究女方的遗弃的法律责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百六十一条 对于年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有抚养义务而拒绝抚养，情节恶劣的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者管制。
