释义	法律分析: 放弃继承权之后，如果其他人继承人同意，那就可以反悔。如果其他继承人不同意，需要起诉至法院，并且证明自己是被胁迫或者欺诈做出的放弃继承权表示，法院才会撤销其放弃继承权声明书。遗产处理后，继承人对放弃继承反悔的，法院不予承认。法律依据:《最高人民法院关于适用继承编的解释（一）》第三十六条遗产处理前或者在诉讼进行中；继承人对放弃继承反悔的，由人民法院根据其提出的具体理由，决定是否承认。遗产处理后，继承人对放弃继承反悔的，不予承认。
