释义	法律分析：合同期满继续履行，劳动合同到期后，用人单位既未终止劳动合同，也未续签订劳动合同，劳动者继续在用人单位工作，实际上双方建立了事实劳动关系。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理劳动争议案件适用法律若干问题的解释(一)》第十六条劳动合同期满后，劳动者仍在原用人单位工作，原用人单位未表示异议的，视为双方同意以原条件继续履行劳动合同。一方提出终止劳动关系的，人民法院应当支持。
