公司压一个月薪资违法嘛

公司压一个月工资是否合法需根据缘由判断。如果公司压工资是为了限制劳动者的离职转投其他公司或作为押金，则不合法；反之公司虽然压一个月工资，但支付工资的周期没有超过一个月，则合法。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第四十七条 用人单位根据本单位的生产经营特点和经济效益，依法自主确定本单位的工资分配方式和工资水平。
