释义	法律分析：多个债权人对同一财产进行财产保全，先保全的人不可以优先受偿。依据我国现行的法律及司法解释规定，在参与分配过程中，采取财产保全的债权与其它普通债权相比，并不具有优先性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条人民法院对于有可能因当事人一方的行为或者其它原因，使判决不能执行或者难以执行的案件，可以根据双方当事人的申请，作出财产保全的裁定;当事人没有提出申请，人民法院在必要时也可以裁定采取财产保全措施。
