问题	如何才能变更撤销已经公正过的遗嘱
释义	公证遗嘱撤销需要遗嘱的订立人通过立新的公证遗嘱的方式进行撤销；或者向通过公证处申请办理撤销原遗嘱的声明公证即可，其他自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、口头遗嘱或录音遗嘱均无法变更或撤销公证遗嘱。法律依据《公证法》第三十九条，当事人、公证事项的利害关系人认为公证书有错误的，可以向出具该公证书的公证机构提出复查。公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的，公证机构应当撤销该公证书并予以公告，该公证书自始无效；公证书有其他错误的，公证机构应当予以更正。
