释义	法律分析：是违法的，劳动法规定干一天活也得支付工资。拖欠薪资可以拨打电话至劳动局。劳动保障行政部门对违反劳动保障法律、法规或者规章的行为的调查，应当自立案之日起60个工作日内完成;对情况复杂的，经劳动保障行政部门负责人批准，可以延长30个工作日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第九条用人单位违反国家规定，拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬，或者拖欠工伤医疗费、经济补偿或者赔偿金的，劳动者可以向劳动行政部门投诉，劳动行政部门应当依法处理。
