释义	法律分析: 企业不能对员工罚款，只有具有行政处罚权的行政机关才可以行使罚款的权利。若是员工在工作过程中由于自身过错造成经济损失的，企业可以从工资中扣除相应的金额，但是不能超过月工资的百分之二十。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
