释义	法律分析：羁押期间一般都算是旷工的。旷工是职工在正常工作日不请假或请假未批准的缺勤行为，在羁押期间，单位一般会暂停劳动合同，同时暂停个人的工资，等到公安机关处理完毕后，受到刑事处分的，按照开除处理；虽然有罪，不追究刑事责任的，停工期间的工资不予补发，错误羁押，无罪释放的，单位应该补发工资。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第九十三条，公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
