释义	人民检察院批捕之后的程序是怎么样的按照《刑事诉讼法》的规定，一般刑事案件大致要经过3个阶段，即侦查阶段也就是公安机关来负责、审查起诉阶段案件是在人民检察院和最后的审判阶段即在人民法院。在侦查阶段，公安机关报请检察院批捕之后，公安机关继续刑事侦查。对犯罪嫌疑人逮捕后的侦查羁押期不得超过两个月。案件复杂、期限届满不能终结的案件，可以经上一级人民检察院批准后延长一个月。公安机关侦查终结的案件，应当将起诉意见书，连同案卷资料、证据一并移送同级人民检察院审查起诉，也就是案件进入审查起诉阶段。
