释义	法律分析: 债务承受的无因性是指：无论第三人与债务人间存在何种关系，皆不影响第三人与债权人间的债务承担协议。按照规定如果第三人决定承担债务人的债务，应当取得债权人的同意，否则该行为无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
