释义	法律分析：奖励性绩效工资每个地方规定的数额各有区别，绩效工资一般是针对岗位核心职能的绩效考核结果来确定的，一般按绩效工资基数乘以绩效考核设定的系数来确定。奖金是针对员工的特殊贡献和整体协作效果的，是根据企业、部门或项目的整体经营目标(一般以利润目标为基准)达成情况，来确定奖金总额基数，再按部门贡献率和个人贡献率来逐层划分的。奖金是按整体经营业绩比例提取的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
