释义	法律分析：乘坐动车可以在取得报销凭证之后办理退车票，但是退车票时需要提交退票凭证。根据规定使用现金购买或已领取报销凭证的电子票，线上完成退票后，需要持相关证件（购票证件、报销凭证）至车站窗口完成退款。法律依据：《中国铁路总公司关于车票改签、退票有关事项的通知》第二条第三款旅客开始旅行后不能退票。但如因伤、病不能继续旅行时，经站、车证实，可退还已收票价与已乘区间票价差额，核收退票费。已乘区间不足起码里程时，按起码里程计算；同行人同样办理。
