释义	法律分析：不会。没有通知家属的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第三十五条罪犯服刑期满，监狱应当按期释放并发给释放证明书。第三十六条罪犯释放后，公安机关凭释放证明书办理户籍登记。第三十七条对刑满释放人员，当地人民政府帮助其安置生活。刑满释放人员丧失劳动能力又无法定赡养人、扶养人和基本生活来源的，由当地人民政府予以救济。第三十八条刑满释放人员依法享有与其他公民平等的权利。
