释义	如果您的亲属被刑事拘留了，对于被拘留的人，根据我国刑诉法规定，应当在24小时内询问，送看守所，通知家属。公安机关依法对拘留人讯问的，若认为不涉嫌犯罪，不应当拘留的时候，会立即释放，发放释放证明。而继续刑事拘留的，案件会进入刑事程序，犯罪嫌疑人在被侦查机关第一次询问或采取强制措施之日起，本人或其家属可以聘请律师介入案件进行辩护维权，同时对于符合取保候审条件的，可以向公安机关申请取保候审。
