北京丧葬费如何补发：
企业在职职工和退休人员因病或非因工死亡的待遇：
1、丧葬补助费和直系亲属的一次性救济费，分别按本市上一年度3个月和10个月社会平均工资一次性发给；
2、供养直系亲属救济费，每人每月按当地生活困难补助标准以及物价补贴之和发给；
3、供养直系亲属孤身一人的，其每月领取的生活救济费，按当地城镇企业职工生活困难补助标准的200%发给。
丧葬费领取所需材料：
1、死亡注销证明（死者生前户口所在地派出所出具）；
2、企业退休人员死亡申报表（社保所提供，死亡待遇领取人要与领取人身份证一致，社保所提供的证明必须注明领取待遇者及其死亡者的关系）；
3、火化证（由民政局或殡仪馆提供），非火化区的，由民政办出具非火化区证明；四是领取人的身份证正反面复印件。
综上所述，北京退休工人丧葬费按照北京市上一年度三个月的平均工资一次性发放，除了丧葬费以外，退休工人的直系亲属也可以领取的一次性救济费，救济费的发放标准按照北京市上一年度十个月的平均工资一次性发放。领取伤葬费的时候需要携带死亡证明，火化证，退休人员死亡的申报表等有效证件。

《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第十七条
参加基本养老保险的个人，因病或者非因工死亡的，其遗属可以领取丧葬补助金和抚恤金；在未达到法定退休年龄时因病或者非因工致残完全丧失劳动能力的，可以领取病残津贴。所需资金从基本养老保险基金中支付。
