释义	本人授权别人代为签署有关合同，代理人在授权范围内所作出的行为与你本人作出的行为具有同等法律效力。还有一种例外就是表见代理，当合同相对方有理由相信对方有权代理你的时候，其签署的合同也具有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十二条代理人在代理权限内以被代理人名义实施的民事法律行为，对被代理人发生效力。第一百七十二条行为人没有代理权、超越代理权或者代理权终止后，仍然实施代理行为，相对人有理由相信行为人有代理权的，代理行为有效。
