签订长期合同即无固定期限劳动合同的条件是劳动者在该用人单位连续工作满十年的即可签订。无固定期限劳动合同是指用人单位与劳动者约定没有确定终止时间(注意：只是没有确定终止时间而非没有终止时间)的劳动合同。
