出口合同有效期的约定一般为

出口合同的有效期是可以在合同里面约定的，因为出口合同属于民事范围是可以尊重当事人双方的意思表示的，所以，当事人是可以在合同里面约定的，如果没有约定的话，只要合同没有存在失效的情况，或者是合同无效的情况，那么合同就是一直有效的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
