对无固定期限的劳动合同,劳动者可以随时解除劳动合同
释义
签订无固定期限劳动合同后，劳动者不能随意解除劳动合同，要解除劳动合同的需要提供30天通知用人单位。试用期需要提前三天通知用人单位。如果不履行提前告知义务的，应当承担为用人单位造成的经济损失。
【法律依据】
《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
