释义	法律分析: 债权人免除债权必须具备以下几个条件：第一、免除必须是债权人的意思表示，可以是口头或者是书面。第二、免除必须是指向债务人。第三、债权人放弃债权是不可撤回的，即表示送达给债务人之后，即发生法律效力。第四、债权人必须有处分该项债权的权力，无行为能力的人或者限制行为能力人，未取得其法定代理人的同意不得为免除行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十五条债权人免除债务人部分或者全部债务的，债权债务部分或者全部终止，但是债务人在合理期限内拒绝的除外。
