释义	根据法律规定，遗嘱人以不同形式立有数份内容相抵触的遗嘱，其中有公证遗嘱的，执行时以最后所立的公证遗嘱为准;没有公证遗嘱的，以最后所立的遗嘱为准。公民设立遗嘱后有权重新设立遗嘱或对原遗嘱的内容进行变更，以使遗嘱更符合自己的意志。因此，在执行遗嘱时应以最后所立的遗嘱为准。公证遗嘱具有较强的真实性和证明力，如果要变更公证遗嘱就必须采用同一的形式即通过公证变更，用其他形式的遗嘱不能变更或撤销公证遗嘱。因此，在遗嘱人立有几份内容相抵触的公证遗嘱时，应以最后所立的公证遗嘱为准。
