《刑法修正案七》规定，当发现纳税义务人具有虚假纳税申报或者不申报行为后，税务机关依法下达追缴通知，要求其补齐应缴纳税款、滞纳金！如果纳税义务人在收到追缴通知后，积极补缴税款的、滞纳金的，则不追究刑事责任！
