释义	法律分析：债务也是可以转让的,但是必须得经过债权人的同意,如果债权人没有同意的话,债务转让是不合法的。你与银行之间是债权债务关系,你是债务人。你要转让你的债务,必须得到银行的认可,转让才有效。如银行认可的话,则你与银行、责务承受方签一份合同,你的债务就转移到你朋友的名下,否则转让无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
