释义	法律客观：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第五条中华人民共和国公民，不分民族、种族、职业、家庭出身、宗教信仰和教育程度，都有义务依照本法的规定服兵役。有严重生理缺陷或者严重残疾不适合服兵役的公民，免服兵役。依照法律被剥夺政治权利的公民，不得服兵役。《中华人民共和国兵役法》第十三条军人和预备役人员建立功勋的，按照国家和军队关于功勋荣誉表彰的规定予以褒奖。组织和个人在兵役工作中作出突出贡献的，按照国家和军队有关规定予以表彰和奖励。
