租房纠纷怎么处理好？
案情概况：
乾某通过房产中介公司找到了房东段某，中介说房子是押一付三，月房租2500元，合同一年一签，需要跟中介签，乾某根中介签好了，就入住段某的房子，在入住的前3个月发现，中介跑路了，联系不上，房租都打给中介了，房东来找乾某说房租收不到，就不让租了，跟房东段某协商不成，就诉至法院，请求法院维护自己的权益。
