老子欠的钱儿子必须还吗
释义
父母欠债儿子是否偿还 我国法律没有父债子还这种规定的。也就是子女没有义务给父亲的债务承担清偿责任,除非子女继承了父亲的遗产,那么同时是继承他的债务的,这时候就有义务返还了。法条根据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十九条 分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
