房屋赠与给未成年孩子能不能撤回
释义
房屋赠与给未成年孩子的可以撤回赠与，但是需要在房产未办理过户之前撤回，如果房产已经过户到孩子名下的，则不能撤回赠与。而且如果赠与合同经过了公证的，赠与也不可以撤回，即使房产尚未过户也不能撤销赠与。
法律依据
《民法典》第六百五十八条，赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
