释义	聚众淫乱罪是公然藐视国家法纪和社会公德，聚集男女多人集体进行淫乱的行为，属于妨害社会管理秩序罪中扰乱公共秩序罪中的一种，一般处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，情节严重者依法从重处罚。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零一条组织、策划、指挥3人以上进行淫乱活动或者参加聚众淫乱活动3次以上的，应当立案。聚众进行淫乱活动的，对首要分子或者多次参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。引诱未成年人参加聚众淫乱活动的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。
