释义	法律分析: 监外执行撤销的情形有两种，一是直接取消监外执行，直接收监；二是已经履行完毕，不再执行。所谓撤销执行指的是现在已经开始做的一个惩罚的措施，把它撤销不再继续惩罚，而终本执行，指的是一定要做到底。《刑事诉讼法》第二百六十五条对被判处有期徒刑或者拘役的罪犯，有下列情形之一的，可以暂予监外执行：（一）有严重疾病需要保外就医的；（二）怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女；（三）生活不能自理，适用暂予监外执行不致危害社会的。对被判处无期徒刑的，有前款第二项规定情形的，可以暂予监外执行。
