释义	法律分析: 根据劳动合同法，用人单位关闭或倒闭的，除了应当支付实际工资外，还应当向劳动者支付经济补偿。补偿标准如下：工作一年，补偿一个月工资，工作半年以上不满一年的，补偿一个月工资，工作不满半年的，补偿半个月工资。以上工资是指合同终止前十二个月的实际平均工资。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十七条经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。六个月以上不满一年的，按一年计算；不满六个月的，向劳动者支付半个月工资的经济补偿。
