释义	假冒工商管理部门打电话给企业进行诈骗的，是属于违法的行为，有可能构成招摇撞骗罪。冒充人民警察招摇撞骗的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。法律另有其他规定的，应当依照其规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十一条冒充国家机关工作人员或者以其他虚假身份招摇撞骗的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。冒充军警人员招摇撞骗的，从重处罚。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
