保留劳动关系什么意思，我国都有哪些法律规定
释义
法律分析：保留劳动关系一般是企业经营不好，但是又想留住员工已备正常的时候可以正常经营。实际是继续保留劳动关系，暂时不用上班也不用给你发工资，只要双方同意，这个从法律上也是允许的，但是单位依法应该继续缴纳社保费。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十条 建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。
已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。
