释义	法律分析: 一般情况下，委托了诉讼代理人后，本人可以出庭，也可以不出庭。但在离婚案件中，即使有诉讼代理人，除非本人不能表达意志的以外，本人也应亲自到庭。如果确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向法院提交书面意见。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
