释义	附条件解除的合同是自动解除。即经过双方当事人事前约定了附条件解除条件的合同，当约定的解除条件达成之后，合同自动解除。这一点与法定解除合同不一样，附条件解除合同，并不一定要求通知对方当事人的。【法律依据】《民法典》第一百六十条，民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
