释义	犯本罪的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役:情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，情节严重，一般是指:违法对严重的罪犯减刑、假释或者暂予监外执行的；被违法减刑、假释、暂予监外执行的罪犯继续犯罪，危害社会的；违法减刑、假释或者暂予监外执行造成恶劣的社会影响的；收受罪犯及其家属的财物而违法办理减刑、假释或者暂予监外执行的，等等。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百零一条
