释义	法律分析：房屋买卖合同撤销有时间限制。如果拥有撤销权的当事人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起的一年间没有形式撤销权的，撤销权依法消灭。如果当事人撤销合同的事由已经经过五年，撤销权在五年间一直没被行使的，撤销权也依法消灭。法律依据：《民法典》第五百四十一条撤销权自债权人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内行使。自债务人的行为发生之日起五年内没有行使撤销权的，该撤销权消灭。《民法典》第五百四十二条债务人影响债权人的债权实现的行为被撤销的，自始没有法律约束力。
