释义	法律分析：意向金如果没有转为订金可以退，如果已经转为了定金不可以退。意向金是指在买方有购买意向后，委托中介公司以书面形式确定下来，并支付一定金额的金钱。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百二十一条委托人应当预付处理委托事务的费用。受托人为处理委托事务垫付的必要费用，委托人应当偿还该费用并支付利息。第九百六十一条中介合同是中介人向委托人报告订立合同的机会或者提供订立合同的媒介服务，委托人支付报酬的合同。第九百六十六条本章没有规定的，参照适用委托合同的有关规定。
