法律分析:
如果是网签合同，就是签合同即时提交备案，一般通过是3到5天。如果纸质合同，看开发商多久提交备案，正常也是一个星期左右。
1.商品房买卖合同备案是房屋交易过程中的重要环节，购房合同备案是指买卖双方签订购房合同后30天内，开发商要向房管局申请办理商品房买卖合同备案或商品房预售合同备案手续。
2.房地产开发项目取得了《商品房预(销)售许可证》和预登记通知单后，在与承购人签订《商品房买卖合同》之日起30日内，由房地产开发企业向项目管辖范围的房产交易管理部门申请办理商品房预售合同备案手续。
3.房产登记部门视购房者提供资料齐备情况，可在7个工作日之内办理房屋登记备案手续。对符合合同备案条件的，房产登记部门在《商品房买卖合同》加盖商品房预售合同备案专用章予以注记。购房者可在市房地产市场信息网查询公示。

《城市商品房预售管理办法》 第六条 商品房预售实行许可证制度。第十条 商品房预售，开发企业应当与承购人签订商品房预售合同。预售人应当在签约之日起30日内持商品房预售合同向县级以上人民政府房地产管理部门和土地管理部门办理登记备案手续。
