释义	不定时工时制是指因工作性质、特点或工作职责的限制，无法按标准工作时间衡量或是需要机动作业的劳动者所采用的，劳动者每一工作日没有固定上下班时间限制的工作时间制度。标准工时制、综合计算工时制都是一种定时工时制，是依据工作时间来计算劳动量，而不定时工时制是一种以劳动者劳动量为计量的工作制度。实行不定时工时制，除法定节假日工作外，其他时间工作不算加班。在实行不定时工时制的单位或工作岗位，加班费除了法定假日外，是没有的。
