释义	法律分析: 遗赠有时效限制。如果受遗赠人在法定时间内不作出接受遗赠的表示，其继承权就不再受法律保护；如果遗产承受人知道或者应当知道其继承权收到侵害，不在法定期间起诉，就丧失提起诉讼请求法院保护的权利。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示；没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示；到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
