合同与民事法律行为的区别是什么
释义
合同是一种民事法律行为。
自成立起，合同当事人都要穗戚接受合同的约束如果情况发生变化，需要变更或解除合同时，应协商解决，任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同除不可抗力等法律规定的情况以外，当事人不履行合同义务或袜族衫履行合同义务不符合约定的，应承担违约责任合同书是一种法律文书，当当事人发生合同纠纷时，合同书就是解决纠纷的根据。
