释义	借条的起诉期限也就是借条的诉讼时效，规定如下：1、约定还款期限的借条：诉讼时效从还款期限届满的次日起计算满3年；2、没有约定还款期的借条：其诉讼时效从出借人主张返还之日的次日起开始计算满3年。法律依据：《民法典》第一百八十八条向人民法院请求保护民事权利的诉讼时效期间为三年。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
