释义	法律分析：赡养费是指子女在经济上为父母提供必需的生活费用，即承担一定的经济责任，提供必要的经济帮助，给予物质上的费用帮助。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十八条父母有抚养和教育子女的义务;孩子有赡养父母的义务。父母不履行扶养义务，尚未成年或者不能独立生活的子女，有要求父母支付扶养费的权利。子女不履行赡养义务而无劳动能力或生活困难的父母，有权要求子女支付赡养费。禁止溺婴、弃婴和其他残害婴儿的行为。
