释义	法律分析：小时工星期天不是按双倍工资计算的。小时工是非全日制职工,即劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时,每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
