释义	法律分析：当事人需要携带合同和相关的证据，去法院申请确认合同的效力。除非合同必然无效，法官一般推定有效，在法院作出合同无效的认定之前，该合同应该是有效的。若法院认定该合同为无效合同，那么合同将自始无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
