释义	综合工时制是指采用以周、月、季、年等为周期综合计算工作时间的工时制度。实行综合计算工时工作制的岗位员工在综合计算工时一个周期内只要总的实际工作时间没有超过法定总的工作时间的,其在公休日工作,不需支付200%加班工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
